RIGHT-OF-WAY MAPPING

Accuracy is the key in preparing right-of-way maps and can be the fine line between a client saving money or spending money in land acquisition. DRMP’s expert staff has prepared right-of-way maps for over 30 years for various municipalities and Department of Transportation projects.  Our surveyors collect available survey data, from historical field and government notes and existing right-of-way maps to plats, tax maps, and certified corner records to analyze potential conflicts.  We also know a multi-discipline approach further ensures accuracy by working closely with an engineer during the final mapping phase. The engineer will ultimately determine and provide the surveyor the final right-of-way requirements, easements, and limits of construction.
