Crescent Gateway Master Plan

DRMP was tasked with providing master planning services for Crescent Resource’s 55-acre property for future development. The primary challenge with this project was time. With an upcoming development for a multi-family project within the master planned community, DRMP and the development team dealt with a tight schedule to achieve project approval.

The master planning established internal roadway network for the mixed-use development, creating an urban cross section with pedestrian connectivity, shared parking areas and open spaces to promote the “live. work. play.” theme of the development. The project required careful planning of open space allocation, entitlement distribution and coordination with other design consultants and the developer’s legal counsel.  The planning included typical sections, master utility system modeling, traffic circulation plan and master stormwater management. By working closely with the City, DRMP was able to process the master planning parallel with proposed internal developments to achieve the targeted development schedule.

With the help of DRMP’s thorough master planning services, the property moved forward. The project was completed and includes 1,050,000-SF of office space, 48,572-SF of retail space, a 190-room hotel, a 249-unit multi-family development and six parking garages.
