JubiLee Park

The project included completing a Preliminary Master Plan for the infrastructure design for a three phase 1,064-unit apartment complex.  Responsibilities included the preliminary site grading and stormwater system design for the site and the 1,700-foot extension of Hazeltine National Drive from its existing terminus to Goldenrod Road.

Additionally, DRMP was tasked with permitting and construction plans for the first phase, JubiLee Park, consisting of 330 units that included final stormwater design, expansion of the existing LeeVista master stormwater system, site grading, potable water design, sanitary sewer and master lift station design.  By working with the master plan, DRMP graded the site to keep the roadway high enough to maintain the base out of the seasonal high-water table. This will allow the use of underdrains to be kept at a minimum, while keeping fill costs down.

The project  also provided rental units that are close to Orlando International Airport, Publix Distribution Warehouse and LeeVista Center with close connections to the Beachline (SR 528), The Greenway (SR 417) Expressways and Florida’s Turnpike.
