This project is to be located strategically between Disney's Eagle Pines and Osprey Ridge Championship Golf Courses. The site consists of approximately 70 acres accommodating a 700+ unit timeshare condominium resort. The site will entail a bridge over Reedy Creek's C-1 Canal, a one-mile entrance road integrated into the site to avoid woodland or wetland impacts, ten villa buildings and an inn building designed to accommodate guests and cast members.

DRMP provided permitting and design services for all improvements including paving, grading, drainage, and water and wastewater facilities. DRMP also provided survey services, which include building layout and utility locations for design purposes. In addition, DRMP provided construction management services and final certifications to satisfy the appropriate agencies and to ensure proper adherence to the approved construction documents.
