Orlando, Fla. – DRMP is honored to be a recipient of the annual Cigna Well-Being Award for demonstrating a strong commitment to improving the health and well-being of its employees through our workplace wellness program. Cigna Well-Being Award applicants are evaluated based on the core components of their wellness program, including leadership engagement, company culture, strategy and goals, implementation, and employee engagement. All applications are scored and reviewed by a panel of Cigna health promotion experts.

To encourage wellness among its employees, DRMP put the Healthy Steps, Healthy Rewards program in place where staff have various opportunities to “take healthy” steps for their wellness, including virtual wellness lunch and learns, virtual meditation sessions, weight loss programs, and making sure to go to annual preventative care and general wellness doctor visits.  DRMP’s program addresses both the physical and mental wellness of its staff.

After program goals are met, employees gain points for those activities and wellness visits that ultimately earns them a monetary incentive.
