Nicole Baker Promoted to Director of Administration

ORLANDO, Fla. – Nicole Baker has been promoted to Director of Administration and will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing DRMP’s administrative functions for operational efficiency.

Baker joined DRMP in 2017 as a Corporate Executive Assistant and was promoted to Corporate Office Manager in 2021. She has 27 years of experience in executive administration and has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Central Florida.

Highlights of her continued responsibilities include: 

  • Oversee day-to-day operations related to facilities management, office services, and administrative support
  • Oversight of administrative team with support from local leaders
  • Serve as a liaison between the administrative team, ensuring alignment and effective communication
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Identify trends and provide insights to improve administrative processes and outcomes
  • Manage procurement and vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality service
  • Develop and manage budgets for administrative functions, ensuring efficient allocation of resources

“I’m excited to take on this role and its responsibilities for DRMP,” Baker said. “My goal is to help the overall functionality of our administrative practices to ensure all of our offices have the support they need.”

Baker has worked in a similar capacity on special projects for DRMP and the Trilon Transportation Platform lending the experience to serve well in this role.

“Nicole possesses the leadership and organizational qualities needed to support DRMP’s companywide administrative operations,” said DRMP President Glenn Lusink, PSM. “Promoting her to this new position is an important step in helping us support the alignment of our administrative functions as we continue to grow.”
