Brian V. Smith 

Brian V. Smith has 35 years of experience in Construction Administration and Operational Management with the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) and DRMP.  He is highly motivated, personable, and customer focused and recognized for excellence within the industry. Smith's experience includes contract and operations management, engineering plan interpretation and computations, program management, materials composition, and conflict resolution. He has a solid background in Construction Engineering and demonstrated Project Management skills sets on several NCDOT projects while serving as Division Construction Staff Engineer and Resident Engineer.
