Lisa M. Moon, PE
Lisa M. Moon, PE, is a North Carolina Traffic Engineering Manager in DRMP's Transportation Division. She has managed projects for numerous state Departments of Transportation and municipalities for more than 25 years. Throughout her career, Lisa has obtained experience in all aspects of traffic engineering. She has been involved in the design of over 1,000 traffic signals and numerous citywide intelligent transportation system (ITS) signal upgrades. She has also prepared several traffic studies.
