Lisa M. Moon, PE

Lisa M. Moon, PE, serves as The Carolinas Traffic Group Leader and a Senior Project Manager for DRMP’s Transportation Market Sector. She has managed projects for numerous state Departments of Transportation and municipalities for more than 30 years. Throughout her career, Moon has obtained experience in all aspects of traffic engineering and has been involved in the design of more than 1,200 traffic signals, intelligent transportation system (ITS) designs for seven citywide signal systems upgrades, arterial closed-loop traffic signal systems, traffic control, signing and pavement markings, and highway-rail grade crossing signals. She has also prepared several studies, including traffic impact analysis reports, traffic analyses for safety recommendations, traffic mitigation studies and highway-rail crossway safety studies.
