Mark Brown, GISP 

Mark Brown, GISP, serves as a GIS Project Manager for DRMP's Surveying and Mapping/Geospatial Division.  His primary responsibility is to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of geospatial projects from start to finish. He coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project timelines and budgets, and ensures that deliverables meet client expectations and organizational standards.

A key part of his role involves translating technical GIS requirements into actionable project plans while maintaining clear communication between stakeholders, developers, analysts, and decision-makers. He also ensures the integration of GIS solutions with broader business goals, aligning geospatial data and tools with strategic objectives. In addition to managing resources and resolving project challenges, he monitors quality control processes, ensures data accuracy, and provides regular status updates to stakeholders. He stays informed on emerging GIS technologies and industry trends to ensure DRMP's projects remain innovative and efficient. He bridges the gap between technical execution and client needs, ensuring that GIS projects are completed on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
