Martha Ayers
Martha joined DRMP in 2019 as a Corporate Trainer and was promoted to Learning & Development Manager in 2022. To bolster her professional learning and development abilities, she earned her Masters in Organizational Leadership and Human Resources Development in 2022. Since joining DRMP, Martha has strived to cultivate its L&D program to continue prioritizing the investment of the firm's employees.
