Patrick Day, PE, BCEE
Patrick Day, PE, BCEE, serves as the Utility Division Manager for DRMP’s Civil Services Market Sector. Day has 27 years of experience as a Project Manager and Design Engineer for the design, permitting and construction of water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, pump stations and wastewater treatment projects varying from small package plants to four MGD facilities. Day has prepared due diligence reports and asset management reports on the condition of water and wastewater facilities. He has prepared permit applications for over 40 private and public utility facilities. As a Project Manager, he has managed large utility projects, such as the replacement of all the utilities in Downtown Fort Myers and non-utility projects such as the design and construction of the Sanibel Harbour Resort Convention Center.
