Ryan Pellarin, PE, CCM
Ryan Pellarin, PE, CCM, serves as a company Vice President and Florida Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Leader for DRMP's Construction Services Market Sector, overseeing CEI operations across the state. He has nearly two decades of experience in civil engineering, road and bridge construction, and project management for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and local agencies. Since joining DRMP in 2016 as a Senior Project Engineer, Pellarin has led a variety of high-profile transportation projects and now plays a key role in statewide staff leadership, client service, and project delivery. His work reflects a strong focus on problem-solving, effective team management, and a commitment to operational excellence.
