Rynal Stephenson, PE, serves as Chief Traffic Analysis Engineer for DRMP's Transportation Market Sector. Stephenson has over 23 years of experience in traffic engineering, transportation planning, traffic data collection, and traffic safety and research. His responsibilities include management of the Raleigh, N.C., Office. Stephenson is individually pre-qualified with the congestion management section of the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) for capacity analysis (intersections & corridors), capacity analysis (roundabouts), traffic impact analysis (TIAs), and school studies.
