Rynal Stephenson, PE, serves as Chief Traffic Analysis Engineer for DRMP’s Transportation Market Sector. His responsibilities include managing projects involving traffic engineering, transportation planning, traffic data collection, and traffic safety and research. Stephenson is individually pre-qualified with the congestion management section of the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) for capacity analysis (intersections and corridors), capacity analysis (roundabouts), traffic impact analysis, and school studies.
