David Couch
David Couch serves as Environmental Health and Safety Manager at DRMP, bringing more than 20 years of experience leading comprehensive safety, health, and environmental programs across construction, transportation, distribution, and general industry sectors. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed safety for billion-dollar, multi-year projects and participated in more than 100 Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) inspections without a single OSHA fine or recommendation while his programs were in place.
David is one of the few safety professionals nationwide to hold all four OSHA Authorized Trainer certifications: Disaster Site Worker, Maritime, Construction Safety and Health, and General Industry Safety and Health.
