Donald W. Brown, PE
Don Brown, PE, serves as a Vice President and Drainage Division Leader for DRMP’s Transportation Market Sector. He is responsible for the management and development of stormwater management systems and permitting for transportation projects. Brown’s areas of expertise include drainage design oversight, permitting of stormwater management systems (primary and secondary), floodplain modeling, bridge hydraulics analysis, pond siting analysis and quality assurance/quality control. He has strong knowledge in environmental regulatory permitting at the federal, state, and local levels. Brown’s experience includes widening and new construction projects for Central Florida Expressway Authority, Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise, and several FDOT Districts.
