Donald W. Brown, PE
Donald W. Brown, PE, is a Drainage Division Leader/Senior Project Manager in DRMP's Water Resources Department. He is responsible for the management and development of stormwater management systems and permitting for transportation projects. Brown’s areas of expertise include drainage design oversight, permitting of stormwater management systems (primary and secondary), floodplain modeling, bridge hydraulics analysis, pond siting analysis, and quality assurance/quality control.
