Randall Jernigan
Randall Jernigan serves as a Project Manager for DRMP’s Civil Services Market Sector. His primary duties consist of engineering design, plans production, permitting, and constructability reviews. Jernigan has over 20 years of experience in a customer/client service field, 16 years of CAD experience, and nearly 13 years of experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
