Apex Friendship Elementary School 

The Wake County Public School System selected Ramey Kemp Associates (RKA) to perform a Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) for a proposed new elementary school in Apex, N.C. The elementary school is part of the Apex Friendship school campus that includes a middle school and high school.  The traffic study considered traffic flow for the elementary school on campus as well as evaluated traffic operations at several surrounding intersections.

To compensate, RKA recommended multiple design options, including lane widening, signal designing, and directions for traffic flow.

RKA's recommendations will alleviate congestion for motorists and minimize traffic interference for surrounding businesses and residents.
