Fredericksburg Nationals Baseball Stadium

Potomac Baseball LLC selected Ramey Kemp Associates (RKA) to prepare a Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) on roads leading to a proposed baseball stadium in Fredericksburg, Va. Potomac Baseball was eager to move to a new stadium for a rebrand, so RKA needed to complete the analysis in a short time frame.

RKA quickly determined that no additional work was needed to create a satisfactory traffic flow.  Although the development generates high traffic, the development’s traffic typically occurs during off-peak times for commuter traffic. 

RKA’s recommendations saved Potomac Baseball LLC time and money that they can devote to other parts of operating a Minor League Baseball Team.
