Whole Foods Center

Ramey Kemp Associates (RKA) prepared a Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) for the Whole Foods center to evaluate surrounding intersections to determine if off-site improvements were needed to limit traffic delays driving to the store. This Whole Foods center is located on North College Avenue at Millsap Road in Fayetteville, Ark. – a college town already congested with day-to-day residents and visitors.

RKA used its expertise to recommend Whole Foods construct turn lanes as well as a traffic signal to improve traffic operations around the University of Arkansas and the city of Fayetteville.  RKA prepared the signal design plans for the intersection improvements.

RKA’s recommendations will help ease traffic congestion and increase safety for motorists.
