Orlando, Fla. –  DRMP ranked No. 3 on the “Top Midsized Companies 2020” list as part of the Orlando Sentinel’s Top Workplaces program. The rankings are gathered through anonymous employee questionnaires that were sent out earlier in the year and over 200 DRMP employees gave their responses.

“We like to hear from our employees on things they want and need from their workplace,” said Tracie Samillano, SHRM-SCP, PHR, Vice President/Human Resources Department Manager. “It is awesome to know our employees feel we are doing things well.”

This ranking is especially meaningful because the responses from DRMP staff helped the firm move up the list to No. 3 this year from No. 12 on the 2019 list.  DRMP was the only A/E/C firm in the Top 5 of the Midsized Companies category.

The Orlando Sentinel’s goal when curating this list is to identify top Central Florida companies and what employees say make them great places to work.
