Orlando, FL – DRMP is pleased to announce that their Vice President of Alternative Delivery TJ Lallathin, PE, DBIA has completed the Design-Build Institute of America’s comprehensive education and certification testing to achieve his Design-Build Institute of America certification. As a nationally certified Design-Build Professional®, Lallathin has achieved the design-build industry’s highest designation. Two to six years of substantial, documented direct project experiences in design-build project delivery experience is an additional prerequisite for the Designated Design-Build Professional® certification.
Lallathin joined DRMP’s Orlando, Fla. office in 2002 as a structural engineering intern and has nearly 20 years of engineering experience. He also helped build DRMP’s Alternative Delivery Department and has worked on some of Central Florida’s most innovative transportation projects, including the award-winning US 17/92 Interchange at SR 436 Design-Build, SR 528 Innovation Way Interchange Design-Build, and Wekiva 8 system Interchange (I-4/SR 429/SR 417) Design-Build projects.

Lallathin’s Design-Build Professional® certification, along with his extensive design-build experience, elevates DRMP’s Alternative Delivery Design services, especially as the certification gains more recognition, according to the Design-Build Institute of America.
