Orlando, Fla. – Assistant Service Support Manager Orville Williams was recently selected as Employee of the Quarter for his exemplary customer service and for always striving to uplift and help those around him. 

Williams, who works in DRMP’s Information Systems Department, combines his strong people skills and technical information systems knowledge to actively lead the firm's help-desk staff.

“Customer service is very important to the success of any business and we strive to ensure that everyone at DRMP has a great experience with our support team,” said Williams. “It is always great to be appreciated and recognized for your hard work, but nothing could happen without the support of our phenomenal Information Systems Department.”

Additionally, Williams has partnered with other DRMP staff to enhance firm programs such as employee onboarding and plays an active role in the development of DRMP’s Cyber Security Program.
