Boca Raton, Fla. – DRMP is pleased to announce that Matt Floyd, PSM, will take on the role of Survey Department Manager at its Boca Raton, Fla. office.
Floyd, who has a Bachelor of Science degree from Troy University in Geomatics, has nearly 15 years of surveying experience, including work in the private sector specializing in residential surveys and subdivision layouts. He has worked extensively with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Four as a project surveyor managing their continuing services contracts, along with services as a project manager for Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise projects. He also has work experience as a CADD Technician and CADD Manager with the Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT).
Floyd said he looks forward to getting involved and helping the Boca Raton office Surveying and Mapping/Geospatial and Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Divisions grow and be successful within the South Florida Region.
