Mike Jaroch, PE, Joins DRMP’s Water Resources Department/Stormwater Management Division

Tampa, Fla. – DRMP is pleased to announce the addition of Mike Jaroch, PE, as Chief Engineer in DRMP’s Water Resources Department/Stormwater Management Division. Jaroch is responsible for stormwater management system analysis, design, and permitting on traditional design-bid-build and alternative delivery transportation projects, as well as managing drainage continuing services contracts. His technical expertise will also be used in support of drainage design quality control reviews, transportation project pursuits and mentoring of junior staff.  


Jaroch has more than 25 years of stormwater and transportation drainage experience. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of South Florida and has completed masters level course work from the University of Central Florida in Water Resources. He has worked for both public and private sector clients throughout Florida and has accumulated a wide range of experience having worked on retail, industrial, roadway and commercial sector projects.

Jaroch’s experience covers the entire spectrum of stormwater management system analysis, design, FDOT PD&E pond siting and location hydraulics reports, storm drain infrastructure layout and design, project management, municipal park projects and environmental resource permitting in all of Florida’s water management districts.
