Leah Lilly Joins DRMP as Alternative Delivery Business Development Manager

Orlando, Fla. – DRMP is pleased to announce that Leah Lilly has joined DRMP as Alternative Delivery Business Development Manager in the Structural Engineering Division in the firm’s Orlando, Florida office. In this role, she is responsible for identifying future pursuits, leading project research, assisting with teaming opportunities, and the capture planning and proposal preparation for alternative delivery projects across Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Virginia.  Additionally, she will assist DRMP’s Structures Division in the pursuit of structures-led projects for major bridges, limited access projects, and major interchanges for expressway and tolling agencies across the Southeastern United States.

Lilly has 12 years of A/E/C marketing experience and has led teams on large and complex proposal efforts from inception to completion. She has a strong background in business development, proposal and presentation management and development, and strategic planning for clients throughout Florida. Lilly has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida and is a member of the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Central Florida Chapter.
