Orlando, Fla. – DRMP is pleased to announce that Katie Brancheau, ENV SP is Alternative Delivery Manager in the Structural Engineering Division in the firm’s Orlando, Florida office. She is responsible for leading the project coordination for all alternative delivery and design-build projects across Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Virginia. In this role, she focuses on facilitating plans reviews between the design and construction team using Bluebeam Studio to ensure quality and constructability, coordinating plans comments between the design-build team, clients and GEC consultants and tracking schedule and budget to ensure the design team is meeting project goals.
Brancheau has 11 years of A/E/C industry experience both in marketing and business development and project coordination, with seven years focused on alternative delivery projects, for both design and construction firms. She has a Master of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in finance from Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of Florida.

Brancheau brings a unique background in the design-build and alternative delivery market having experience in working on both the design and construction areas of the industry.
