Orlando, Fla. – DRMP is happy to share that Administrative Assistant Alicia Richardson has been named DRMP’s most recent Employee of the Quarter.
Richardson, who joined DRMP’s Orlando, Fla. office in 2020, was chosen as Employee of the Quarter for her, "astounding work ethic, optimistic attitude, and her ability to handle any task handed to her,” according to her nomination form. “She also constantly strives to find constructive solutions, demonstrates quality in every task, and consistently leads by example.”
“Clients have expressed their appreciation for Alicia for her compliance knowledge and her commitment to working with the contractors to resolve issues,” said DRMP CEI Project Administrator Randal Stagg.
According to her nomination form, in addition to Alicia’s daily responsibilities, she has proven herself to be an exemplary employee by completing multiple projects as a Resident Compliance Specialist while performing all her other duties. She has earned the respect of her peers and continues to make a positive impact at DRMP.
“Alicia’s patience, attitude, and attention to detail continues to be a tremendous win for our City of Palm Coast E-Section project,” said DRMP Project Administrator Tony Diaz. “She has gone above and beyond her normal duties as a Resident Compliance Specialist to keep this project moving forward. There have been many occasions where she has spent time coaching the local agency and contractor on the compliance requirements for the project. Alicia is a very inclusive team player and always leads the team in a positive direction.”
