DRMP Expands its Learning and Development Staff to Improve Companywide Employee Training

June 30th, 2022

Orlando, Fla. – DRMP is excited to welcome Jake Burton as the firm’s Learning and Development Coordinator. In support of DRMP’s strategic growth initiatives, the firm expanded the Learning and Development staff to improve its companywide employee training experience, including department trainings as well as internal and external training programs.

Burton will provide support to ensure the smooth and effective roll-out of training events and special projects throughout the organization. Working closely with Learning and Development Manager Martha Ayers, Burton will also coordinate training and learning event logistics as well as provide analysis and administrative support.

Burton, who holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Central Florida, said he is excited to bring the perspective he gained throughout his three years as a teacher to this new corporate role.

“I enjoy teaching and public speaking, working with people to solve problems, as well as being behind the scenes to provide support where needed,” said Burton.

DRMP has been developing this program since the addition of Learning and Development Manager Martha Ayers in 2019.

“Jake is a great addition to the learning and development team,” said Ayers. “His strong teaching background will be an asset as we continue to expand upon our learning and development efforts as a firm.”
