Orlando, Fla. – Further bolstering its strategic growth plan, DRMP is thrilled to announce Mario Atesiano has joined the firm as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at its Orlando, Fla., headquarters.
In this role, Atesiano will be responsible for recruiting innovative and solutions driven civil engineers who are passionate about sustainable infrastructure.
Backed by DRMP’s equity partner Trilon Group, Atesiano fulfills the firm’s goal of hiring three additional talent acquisition specialists to support its strategic growth and expansion.
Prior to joining DRMP, Atesiano recruited skilled trade and light industrial professionals for a national recruiting firm in Maitland, Fla.
Atesiano earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Management from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Fla. He discovered his passion for human resources after landing a temporary position recruiting poll workers for the Orange County Supervisor of Elections Office.
In his new position at DRMP, Atesiano will focus on finding the right professionals to work on sustainable civil infrastructure.
