DRMP Expands its Marketing Team to Support Business Development Efforts

Orlando, Fla. – To support DRMP’s strategic growth plan, the firm’s Marketing Department has expanded with additions to its corporate communications, graphics, and proposal teams and the creation of a business development position. 

Growing the Marketing Department is a key factor in supporting DRMP's mission to be a firm of choice in its market sectors.

“I’m excited to see the DRMP Marketing team grow,” said Chief Marketing Officer Lisa Greene, CPSM. “Our new team members will bring additional skills, depth of experience, and fresh perspectives.”

Developing a diverse team and culture for the Marketing Department will benefit DRMP as an industry leader.

“My goals are to provide professional growth and opportunity for my team,” said Greene. “Doing this will effectively support DRMP project managers to win work for the firm and increase DRMP’s digital footprint as an industry leader.”

DRMP welcomes the following marketing professionals to the firm:


Madison Berthold, Business Development Support Specialist

As a Business Development Support Specialist, Berthold will assist in leading municipal marketing meetings by region as well as track municipal work contracts, assist with Go/No-Go decision making, and help to develop capture plans, research/distribute ads, attend/assist marketing meetings as needed, become an expert in GovWin, a bid management software. Berthold holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Florida.


Rachel Montanez, Proposal Specialist

As a Proposal Specialist, Montanez will collaborate with technical staff to coordinate, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and letters of interest to win multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects that support the communities we serve. Montanez holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Florida.


Merary Portillo, Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer, Portillo will lead the graphic and visualization process to support the firm’s pursuit to win multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects that support the communities we serve. She will also reinforce the firm’s corporate brand by creating and maintaining digital and print mediums for external and internal communications. Portillo is a Dr. José Matías Delgado University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design.

Edmundo Rubio, Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer, Rubio will lead the graphic and visualization process to support the firm’s pursuit to win multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects that support the communities we serve. He will also reinforce the corporate brand by creating and maintaining digital and print mediums for external and internal communications. Rubio holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the Miami International University of Art & Design.

Caroline Shepherd, Proposal Specialist

As a Proposal Specialist, Shepherd will collaborate with technical staff to coordinate, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and letters of interest to win multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects that support the communities we serve. Shepherd graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.

Alexi Wyatt, Senior Corporate Communications Specialist

As a Senior Corporate Communications Specialist, Wyatt will assist with external communications initiatives as part of the firm’s corporate communications plan. She will source, write, and edit content that will align with the brand message and corporate culture of DRMP as we promote our firm within the A/E/C industry. Wyatt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Central Florida.
