Puckett joined DRMP in 1999 to start the firm’s Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Division. In 2003, Puckett was named a Vice President and became a Managing Principal in 2015. He would later join DRMP’s Board of Directors in 2017. Mark’s full career includes 36 years of experience, having worked since 1986 for the FDOT and other consultant engineering firms. 

 

Puckett served as the leader of the CEI Division and also lent his leadership skills to support DRMP’s growth and expansion as well as implementing corporate initiatives. He oversaw DRMP’s Ft. Myers office for several years as well as its Merritt Island office for the past year. Puckett led the way in developing the firm’s Project Manager Training Program and assisting with a mentorship program. He implemented a corporate safety manual which led to the development of a Safety Committee and the practice of Risk Management. Puckett has always been a strong advocate for growth and was instrumental in the firm’s growth into North Carolina and Virginia. He will be joining his wife, Teresa, in retirement, who retired in 2021 after 35 years of service with FDOT.
