Lussant McPherson and Michael Martin Join DRMP’s Corporate Information Systems Department
August 22nd, 2022
Orlando, Fla. – To further support its strategic growth plan, DRMP is pleased to announce the expansion of its Information Systems (IS) Department with the addition of a Technical Support Analyst and a Cloud Systems Engineer.
Technical Support Analyst Lussant “Lu” McPherson will be responsible for assisting fellow DRMP employees with the proper equipment and support of the latest software in the industry. While McPherson attended college for accounting, she gained an interest in Information Technology that began the start of her journey.
“One of my goals for the future at DRMP is gaining more knowledge to better assist the firm,” McPherson said. “I am looking forward to our growing team.”
DRMP Service Support Manager and Cybersecurity Specialist Orville Williams said McPherson is a great addition to the IS department.
“We are happy to have Lussant as a part of our support team,” Williams said. “Her incredible knowledge of Desktop Support from previous work experiences is vital to our growth and success. This will add another layer of resources to our growing IS Support staff. We look forward to the great impact she will have here at DRMP.”
Cloud Systems Engineer Michael Martin will be responsible for maintaining and administering DRMP’s numerous systems as well as continuing to drive Information Technology (IT) innovation using Cloud technology. Martin has worked for several Fortune 500 companies, small startups, and mid-sized businesses. He has over 20 years of Information Technology experience and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Arlington.
“I feel like I hit the ground running and have already accomplished numerous tasks in my three months here at DRMP,” Martin said. “Currently, the main initiative for DRMP’s IS Department is supporting the Trilon Group strategic partnership.”
Martin’s knowledge and experience bring added value to DRMP’s IS department.
“I'm very excited and grateful to have Michael as part of our team,” Information Systems Department Manager Rossana Oyola said. “His technical knowledge and desire to contribute to the success of DRMP make me believe he’s the right person to take our Cloud infrastructure to the next level.”
Chief Information Officer Chris Cantrell said he is thrilled to integrate the talent from McPherson and Martin to DRMP.
“In the short time they have been here, both Lu and Michael have shown the work ethic and heart, to help this team grow and take us to the next level,” Cantrell said. “I’m excited to see the continued impact these two have on our organization.”
