TROUTMAN, N.C. – In support of DRMP’s strategic growth initiatives, the firm is pleased to announce Zach Carnahan, PE, as Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) South Carolina Area Leader. In this role, Carnahan will grow the firm’s CEI and professional service presence in South Carolina as well as build a strong relationship with clients within the industry. Carnahan will also establish, sustain, and grow DRMP’s CEI services in South Carolina.

Carnahan is a licensed Professional Engineer and has over 18 years of CEI experience. He has worked with state, county, and municipality transportation agencies/roadway departments across north and central Florida. Carnahan has successfully managed a SCDOT On-Call contract and two FDOT Continuing Service (Hybrid) contracts. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida.

Carnahan’s knowledge and experience brings added value to DRMP’s growing CEI team.
