Alex Urchuk, PE, Joins DRMP as Structures Chief Engineer

Orlando, Fla. – DRMP is pleased to announce that Alex Urchuk, PE, has joined DRMP as Structures Chief Engineer. In this role, he is responsible for providing quality control and quality assurance, assisting with maintaining project schedules, providing technical support for both design and pursuit efforts in the traditional design-bid-build and alternative delivery projects.

Urchuk has over 37 years of experience in structures, transportation, and construction and has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado. He is a Professional Engineer registered in Florida, Louisiana, and South Carolina. Urchuk has worked in the Federal Lands Division as well as the Florida Department of Transportation – District Five.

“I’m looking forward to working with a large structures group and helping DRMP generate the solutions that lead to successful projects. I’m very excited to join an award-winning team that is known for quality results,” Urchuk said.

Urchuk’s depth of knowledge and experience will be beneficial, said Megan Mott, PE, Structures Discipline Leader.

“I’m excited to have Alex join our team,” Mott said. “His extensive knowledge and experience in structural engineering are tremendous assets to our group and DRMP as a whole.”
