Nick McCommon Joins DRMP as Technical Support Analyst

November 8th, 2022

Orlando, Fla.  –  DRMP has hired Technical Support Analyst Nick McCommon to support the firm’s Information Systems (IS) services as it continues to bring on additional talent through its strategic growth plan.

McCommon will be based at the firm’s corporate headquarters in Orlando, Fla. In this role, his primary responsibilities will include supporting the new hire onboarding process with computer set-up and replacing computers for existing staff. He also will assist with support tickets as needed.

McCommon, who started with DRMP as a contractor earlier this year, graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Business. He also holds a certification in CompTIA A+, which is a certification program based on critical information technology (IT) support tasks.

“I’m excited to work with the talented group of professionals who make up the Information Systems (IS) team,” McCommon said. “I have already learned so much from my time as a contractor, and I look forward to soaking up the knowledge around me and developing as an IS professional.”

As a contractor, McCommon demonstrated his willingness to learn about the department and to become a part of the DRMP family, his supervisor, Service Support Manager Orville Williams, said.

“Nick has already demonstrated himself as a true team player,” Williams said. “His passion for Information Systems will be a great asset in helping the company reach its information and technology goals.”
