November 14th, 2022

CARY, N.C.  –  DRMP Senior Project Engineer Tim Klotz, PE, has been nominated to participate in the American Council of Engineering Companies of North Carolina (ACEC/NC) Future Leaders Program.

The Future Leaders Program supports young A/E/C professionals by providing them with in-depth industry knowledge as they continue to make a difference at their ACEC/NC member firms and in their communities. The program kicks off with a welcome reception in Raleigh, N.C., in November. To graduate from the program, participants must attend all in-person sessions beginning in January 2023.

Klotz, who has seven years of engineering experience, joined DRMP in September of 2022. He provides roadway engineering expertise on projects for clients across the Southeastern United States. Klotz, who is a licensed Professional Engineer in North Carolina, holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.

“I’m grateful for the honor of being nominated to participate in this exciting program,” Klotz said. “I know the knowledge I take in throughout the program will be beneficial to my expertise and my work.”

Klotz’s supervisor, Charlotte Office Leader Mike Hage, PE, was also a graduate of the Future Leaders Program. He said he knows the benefits of the program first-hand and is excited to see what Klotz will be able to accomplish.

“Even though Tim has been with us for a short time, he is undoubtedly a valued member of the team and very deserving of this nomination,” Hage said. “I know he will excel in this program and bring his experience to bolster the team.”
