Cary, NC  –  DRMP has promoted Nathan Garcia to Eastern North Carolina CEI Area Leader to grow its presence in the state’s coastal region and capture a new client base for the firm.

Garcia’s responsibilities, in part, involve building strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying and pursuing upcoming work, and leading internal quality assurance and control.

Garcia, who works in the firm’s Cary, N.C., office, began his career with DRMP in 2014 as an Inspector and was elevated to Project Manager in 2016. He became a Strategic Operations Leader in September 2022 before being promoted to CEI Area Leader.  

Garcia said he’s excited about his new role and looks forward to creating new opportunities for growth and finding and retaining quality hires.

“I look forward to continuing to grow DRMP’s presence in Eastern North Carolina by leveraging the strong foundation that has been built by the whole DRMP team,” he said.

Garcia’s supervisor, Matt Elliott, DRMP’s North Carolina CEI Regional Leader, said Garcia’s promotion gives him a growth pathway to continue his career with the firm.

“Nathan is a very well-rounded leader with a huge ambition to grow and be successful for his team and himself,” Elliott said. “We are very confident in Nathan’s ability to not only retain his existing staff but to recruit and add additional staff.”
