January 17th, 2023

ORLANDO, Fla. – As DRMP continues to expand strategically, the firm brought on Senior Recruiter Deanna Nicholas to bolster DRMP’s efforts to attract and hire key talent. Nicholas’ responsibilities will focus on attracting and evaluating candidates for DRMP’s open positions, as well as supporting hiring managers through the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes.

Nicholas, backed by the Trilon Group partnership, is a part of a six-member talent acquisition team that supports DRMP’s growth and expansion.

She brings a diverse background with over 10 years of recruiting experience that includes her most recent role as a talent acquisition manager for a small engineering consulting firm.

Nicholas’s experience will be an important asset as DRMP continues increasing in staff numbers, said Talent Acquisition Manager Megan Weston.

“Deanna is a great addition to our robust talent acquisition team,” said Weston. “She has a strong background in helping organizations of DRMP’s size reach their goals and that recruiting experience is invaluable.”

Nicholas’ main focus, as she settles in for the new role, is partnering with managers to better understand and meet their hiring needs.

“I am looking forward to making a difference at DRMP by applying my in-depth experience to bring in top talent,” Nicholas said. “I am passionate about finding creative solutions to help the teams I am supporting throughout the recruiting and hiring process.”
