TAMPA, Fla. – DRMP has promoted Pavan Paiavula, PE, to its new Tampa Roadway Group Leader in the Transportation Market Sector. Paiavula’s promotion will help drive the firm’s strategic growth in the Florida region.
Paiavula began his career at DRMP in 2006 as a Project Engineer. In 2016, he was promoted to Project Manager before moving up to Roadway Project Manager in 2022. In his new role as Tampa Roadway Group Leader and Project Manager, his duties will include, producing top-quality plans to satisfy client needs, maintaining strong client relationships, business development, working with other regional offices, assisting the transportation division as a whole, mentoring employees, and providing opportunities for team members to fulfill their career goals.
