Jessica Leard Elevated to Human Resources Manager

ORLANDO, Fla. – DRMP has promoted Jessica Leard to Human Resources Department Manager.
In this role, Leard will lead DRMP’s Human Resources team of professionals focused on benefits and compensation, HRIS compliance, employee relations, wellness program, worker’s compensation, annual performance review program, and workplace safety.

Leard started her career with DRMP in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant and has taken on many roles within the department, including a human resources coordinator, specialist, and generalist. She was promoted to Compensation and Benefits Manager in 2021 and elevated to Human Resources Assistant Department Manager the following year.

“It is an honor to continue the support of our Talent Acquisition and Human Resources team and our leadership on a larger scale to support DRMP employees," Leard said. “I’m excited for DRMP’s continued growth and the opportunity to develop new ways to build on our great work culture and enhance our employees’ experience.”

Throughout her seven years with DRMP, Leard has taken advantage of the different roles she has served within the Human Resources Department that has led to her steady career growth, said DRMP Chief People Officer, Tracie Samillano, SHRM-SCP, PHR.
