Larry serves as CEO working with DRMP's leaders to guide the direction of the firm, its growth and adherence to DRMP’s culture and core values.  He joined DRMP in 1987 as a Civil Engineer in the Stormwater Department and then became a Managing Principal and joined the Board of Directors in 1999. His personal vision for DRMP is to continue to grow at a steady pace, provide internal growth for employees and continue to guide the firm on its path as an industry leader.
