Beale Farm Industrial Park

Draper Aden Associates tasked Ramey Kemp Associates (RKA) with preparing a Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) for a proposed industrial park in Southhampton County, Va.

The area did not have the existing infrastructure to support a traffic inflow from a new industrial park. As a result, RKA recommended several design changes, including installing turn lanes, restriping, and constructing site driveways.

With these recommendations, the new development will ultimately generate activity and economic growth in Southampton County.
