Danielle serves as a company Vice President and Director of Finance and Accounting. She joined DRMP in 2018 as a Project Accountant and advanced to Controller in 2020 before being promoted to Director in 2023. She leads a team responsible for ensuring project financial health, managing month-end closings, performing financial analysis and reporting, and coordinating audits. As Director of Finance, Danielle oversees financial operations, ensures compliance, manages working capital to support operational efficiency, and delivers strategic insights that align with the firm's goals and strengthen its financial performance.
