Danielle serves as DRMP’s Director of Finance and Accounting. She joined the firm in 2018 as a Project Accountant and advanced to Controller in 2020 before being promoted to Director in 2023. She leads a team responsible for ensuring project financial health, managing month-end closings, performing financial analysis and reporting, and coordinating audits. As Director, Danielle oversees financial operations, ensures compliance, manages working capital to support operational efficiency, and delivers strategic insights that align with the firm's goals and strengthen its financial performance.
