Jim is a Vice President and Orlando Traffic Engineering Department Manager. He started his career at the firm as an Intern and became a Project Engineer specializing in traffic engineering in 2002 upon graduation.  Jim was named Orlando Traffic Engineering Department Manager in 2011.  He remains focused on leading his team of traffic and intelligent transportation systems engineers to providing safe and efficient traffic engineering systems for the Department of Transportation and municipal clients throughout the southeastern United States.
