Vice President/Chief People Officer

Tracie Samillano, SHRM-SCP, PHR, serves as DRMP's Chief People Officer and has been with the firm since 1994 when she joined as an Administrative Assistant. She later moved into Human Resources (HR) and was promoted to Human Resources Manager in 2003. In that role, she led the firm’s HR programs and supported the growth and development of DRMP’s workforce. She earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2004 and her Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential in 2015.

Tracie was promoted to Vice President in 2016 and was elected to DRMP’s Steering Committee in 2020 where she contributes to the firm’s strategic direction and key organizational decisions. She was named Chief People Officer in 2022, leading the firm’s human capital strategy, talent development, and organizational culture initiatives. In 2023, she served as Vice President of Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness for DRMP’s parent company, Trilon. She returned to DRMP in December 2025 as Chief People Officer, bringing enterprise-level talent management experience to strengthen the firm’s programs and initiatives that provide employees with the best resources, development opportunities, and support for success.
