Districtwide Right of Way Mapping Consultant Contract

DRMP provides right-of-way mapping on a task work order-based contract consisting of the preparation of certified right of way control survey maps, maintenance maps, TIITF sketches, final right of way maps, writing legal descriptions, preparing documents and reviewing maps in support of the District’s projects.

Mapping documents are used by a wide variety of disciplines within the District. The documents provide FDOT District Three a means to acquire new or additional right-of-way and/or properties and manage their property ownerships for the good of the public.

DRMP has provided mapping services to District Three for over 20 years. This experience provides the District with high quality maps that meet the rigorous standards of the District’s right of way staff.
