SR 30 (US 98) Navy Boulevard PD&E Study Reevaluation

The FDOT District Three needed a firm to provide professional engineering services for a PD&E Study to develop and evaluate streetscape alternatives providing improved facilities for all modes of transportation as well as on-street parking for area businesses.

DRMP provided professional services for this PD&E Study which involves providing a Complete Streets concept to the existing Navy Boulevard corridor in Escambia County, Florida.  The project involved detailed public involvement coordination and implementation of strategies requested by the local Community Redevelopment Agency. The limits of this study are from SR 295 (New Warrington Road) to the Bayou Chico Bridge, approximately 1.2-miles.

The results of the PD&E study provided FDOT District Three the community approved streetscape concepts to advance to design and construction phases.
