SR 80 at Lamstein Lane 

Florida’s Department of Transportation District Four sought professional engineering services for intersection operational improvements at the intersection of SR 80 at Lamstein Lane.

DRMP was chosen from a continuing contract to provide the services, and was responsible for the design of a westbound right turn lane on SR 80 at Lamstein Lane.  Project included typical section package, pavement design package, signing and pavement marking, signalization improvements, drainage improvements and traffic control plan including lane closure analysis.

The addition of the right turn lane on SR 80 helped to improve the traffic operations at the intersection by increasing the capacity on the westbound approach.
