Amanda Woods, PE, and TJ Lallathin, PE, DBIA, Join DRMP’s Executive Leadership Team
June 8th, 2026
ORLANDO, Fla. – The newest members of DRMP’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT) have something in common: they built their careers at the firm. Amanda Woods, PE, and TJ Lallathin, PE, DBIA, have spent decades contributing to DRMP’s growth, expanding the firm’s capabilities, and developing future leaders.
Woods has been promoted to executive vice president engineering business unit leader – Florida, while Lallathin has been promoted to executive vice president of Alternative Delivery.
The ELT is DRMP's senior leadership group, responsible for guiding the firm's strategy, operations, and governance for the firm’s long-term success. Woods and Lallathin join DRMP President and CEO Glenn Lusink, PSM; Chief Operating Officer Mike Albano, PE; Executive Vice President of Transportation Colette Moss, PE; Engineering Business Unit Leader Jim Beck, PE; and Field Services Business Leader Robby Walker.
Lusink said the appointments underscore DRMP’s strong leadership and commitment to developing talent from within.
“Amanda and TJ represent the very best of DRMP,” he said. “Their careers reflect what is possible when talented people are given opportunities to grow, lead, and make an impact. Amanda has invested countless hours developing future leaders, building strong teams, and holding key leadership roles within transportation where she has contributed to strategy and strengthened organizational culture. TJ has done a remarkable job developing our Alternative Delivery practice. He brings a lot of out-of-the-box thinking to solve everyday transportation problems with innovative solutions. He’s expanded our capabilities through some of the region's most complex transportation projects.
“Most importantly, both have earned the trust and respect of their colleagues, clients, and industry partners,” Lusink continued. “They lead with expertise, integrity, and a genuine commitment to people. As DRMP continues to grow and evolve, their experience, vision, and leadership will help guide our future. I'm excited to see the impact they will make as members of our Executive Leadership Team and how they lead DRMP into the future.”
Woods joined the firm full-time in 1997 as a structures engineer after graduating from the University of Central Florida. She advanced through multiple leadership roles, including structures department manager, structures division manager, vice president, senior vice president and director of transportation, and now executive vice president engineering business unit leader – Florida. Over nearly three decades, she has built a reputation for developing teams, mentoring emerging professionals, and strengthening DRMP’s transportation practice and leadership pipeline.

Lallathin began his career at DRMP as an intern and then as a project engineer in 2002. He has since played a key role in the growth of the firm’s alternative delivery practice and in delivering complex transportation projects across the Southeast. Known for his innovative approach to project delivery and multidisciplinary leadership, he has helped expand DRMP’s capabilities and strengthen client relationships.
Woods said one of her top priorities in her new role is developing the team for long-term success.
“This includes not only training and mentorship but also establishing a thoughtful succession plan that gives future leaders time to grow, develop, and cultivate their talents,” she said. “It is equally important to identify the next several levels of leadership and provide those individuals with early opportunities to lead, along with a clear direction and path forward. By allowing emerging leaders to work together now, we can help them build trust, develop as a team, and be prepared to tackle the ‘big rocks’ when it is their time to lead the company.”
Woods said she is honored to take on the new role and excited about what lies ahead for the team and firm.
“I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to serve on the Executive Leadership Team,” she said. “I look forward to continuing to support our people, strengthen our engineering practice, and help guide the firm’s next phase of growth.”
Lallathin also reflected on the importance of mentorship and leadership development.
“Starting my career here as an intern gave me an early appreciation for the impact good leadership can have on someone’s growth and confidence,” he said. “I was fortunate to work with people who took the time to teach, challenge, mentor, and trust me with increasing responsibility. Those experiences shaped my belief that good leadership is not just about making decisions; it is about creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and trusted to do their best work.”

He added that at this stage of his career, “I define good leadership as being approachable, consistent, and willing to listen, while also having the courage to make thoughtful decisions. Good leadership means supporting the people around you, helping solve problems when they come up, and making sure the decisions we make are good for our team, our clients, and the projects we deliver.”
He said that maintaining focus on employees, clients, and innovative solutions will support DRMP’s continued growth and project delivery success.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to serve in this role and for the many people throughout DRMP who have invested in me over the years,” Lallathin said.
