DRMP Announces Leadership Transition, Glenn Lusink, PSM, Retires After 42 Years

July 29th, 2026

ORLANDO, Fla. – DRMP, Inc., announced today that President and CEO Glenn Lusink, PSM, will retire at the end of July following an extraordinary 42-year career with the firm. Mark Ryan, chief operating officer – Trilon South Region, will serve as interim DRMP president.

Lusink’s retirement comes at a time of continued organizational strength and momentum for DRMP. The firm remains focused on delivering exceptional and innovative services to its clients while focusing internally on operational excellence, strategic growth, and avenues to develop staff to foster career growth opportunities within the firm.

Lusink joined DRMP in 1984 as a surveying and mapping rodman and built a career that spanned four decades advancing through every level of the organization to lead as its president. After earning his professional land surveyor (PLS) license in 1999 (now designated as a professional surveyor and mapper, or PSM), he relocated to Jacksonville in 2000 to establish DRMP's office, laying the foundation for the firm's continued growth in Northeast Florida. Lusink was promoted to vice president in 2003 and later elected to the firm’s Steering Committee. In 2015, he was named a principal of the firm before becoming chief operating officer in 2020. Lusink became president in 2022, where he helped guide DRMP’s growth as a multi-discipline infrastructure consulting firm.

"DRMP has been my professional home for more than four decades,” Lusink said. “I am grateful for the opportunity to work alongside so many talented professionals and proud of what we have accomplished together. Most importantly, I am confident in the people who will continue leading DRMP forward and the opportunities that lie ahead for our firm.”

Ryan is not new to DRMP. He joined DRMP in 2023 as operating partner and vice president of Strategy & Operations, where he was a part of the leadership team and partnered to unlock operational improvements across DRMP. In 2026, he was promoted to chief operating officer of Trilon’s South Region, supporting one of Trilon Group's three growing regional platforms that is comprised of six partner firms, including DRMP. Before joining DRMP and Trilon, Ryan spent time in strategy consulting following completion of his MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran and Naval Academy graduate, he brings a diverse background spanning engineering, strategy consulting, and executive leadership.

“I have been fortunate to build relationships and learn the intricacies of DRMP’s business from those leaders during my time in the operating partner and COO positions,” Ryan said. "Glenn's career is an inspiration to all of us. His dedication, commitment to excellence, and ability to build lasting partnerships have helped strengthen DRMP and created opportunities for others to grow and succeed.”
